ARK Priory Primary Academy embraced the Communication Trust No Pens Wednesday initiative wholeheartedly with children, staff and all visitors strictly banned from using pens and pencils and instead focusing on developing their speaking and listening skills!

All day the children (and adults!) have been focused on stretching their speaking and listening skills to ensure that they are practicing extending their vocabulary and building their verbal reasoning.

Reception and Nursery have been telling stories and role playing parts of familiar tales whereas Year One have been solving mathematical word problems as number detectives!
