Transition Morning for Reception, Years 1, 2 & 3
On the morning of 15th June we will be welcoming our new Reception children to Ark Priory Primary Academy for a taster session. In addition, our current pupils will be 'moving up' a year group and visiting their new classrooms and meeting their class teacher for the new academic yeer starting in September 2016.
New Reception parents and pupils joining us in September 2015 should arrive at the academy for 9.15 am when they will have the opportunity to:
- meet their child's new class teacher and key members of staff
- new pupils will meet fellow classmates
- listen to a presentation by Mr Martlew, Head of School
- meet other parents including a representative from our thriving Parent Association, APPAA
- receive confirmation of your home visit date together with a start date in September 2016
- opportunity to ask any questions you may have
